Sarah Gold – Law Consultant

Sarah Gold was a paralegal and legal secretary prior to going to law school, and was admitted as an attorney in New York in 2007.

After passing the Bar, she was an associate at a small local law firm. She then formed her own firm, Gold Law Firm, in 2011. In that work she has advised hundreds of people on the formation of businesses and setting up offices with technology.

She has been named an Upstate New York Super Lawyer for Business/Corporate Law.

She is extensively involved with the New York State Bar Association and supports small and solo attorney needs. She is the co-chair of Law Practice Management Committee. She is currently the Chair of the Small and Solo Committee of the Albany County Bar Association.

Scott Gold – Business Specialist

Scott Gold has been building and programming computers and working with networks for more than half his life. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Engineering from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Scott has worked in many different industries in both Engineering and Operations Management positions. He constantly looks to improve processes, communication and technology tools for his teams. As a project manager for hundreds of corporate projects, Scott understands that Return on Investment is important for any project.

He is a constant problem solver and has overseen IT departments and processes in multiple small companies and offices.
